Is it safe to fill up a Windows 7 partition to near 100% (including page file) even though it's stored on SSD drives ?

Does it make any difference if this is a RAID0 array ?

* about to fill up his 60G Win7 partition to 97% *

For most SSD's this kills the performance (some of the sandforce based SSD's that have a lot of over provisioning are not effected though) and is a very bad idea as it will wear the drive out faster as it doesn't have enough space to perform wear leveling.
