Windows 7 OEM license

I have a custom built desktop machine running OEM Win 7 Pro 64 bit. I've just bought a new Dell laptop from an online auction site that came with a Dell Win 7 Pro 32 bit installation CD and a COA product key.

Can I use my OEM 64 bit CD to install the 64bit version of Win 7 Pro on the laptop and activate it with the product key that came with the 32 bit version of the O.S. ?

Yes, the keys for either 32 or 64 bit with no issue

You will probably have to call to activate because the OEM X64 disk doesn't have the SLIC included for the Dell BIOS Activation...
