Windows 7 missing folder search option?

I wanted to search for files with a certain name string in a particular drive letter, so I right-clicked the drive, and there's no search option! Neither is there if I right-click a folder. What's going on here? Is there no search feature in Windows 7? (I want file/folder search, not a start menu search.)

This. Just double click to open folder you want to search, then in the upper right corner of explorer type what youre searching for.

How can you control whether you are searching for file names, or for actual file content?

Use "filename:xyz" where xyz is the filename.
