Windows 7 Media Center Guide Won't Download

Hi guys,

I just built a new HTPC. I'm using Windows 7 beta, and a Aver Media Pci-e combo TV tuner. Live tv works, but the guide does not download. Here is the error message. If you guys could help, it would be greatly appreciated; I'm stumped.
