Windows 7 Launch Party

As many of you have been, I have been confirmed for the Windows 7 launch party. I know they said we would be getting our goods earlier than October 22nd, but I was wondering when. Also, will we receive any type of shipping confirmation so we can track it?

I went to the Win 2008 launch party. They had the software bundles at the event. I missed the Win7 event last Thurs. To much stuff at work needed to get done.

Ok.....

I think Genx87 is confusing the Microsoft "The New Efficiency" events that are developer/IT Pro events being around the country for Win 7/Server 2008 R2 with the Win 7 Launch Parties that are to be held in one's home this October. I attended one of the Developer/IT conferences/kickoff forums yesterday myself, and it's not the "Launch Party" as you probably guessed, but Genx87 doesn't understand.

They did give out nice software packs, though.

And as ahenkel mentioned, the Launch Party software/packs are to arrive by Oct. 10.
