hello guys. im trying to install my ssd on my laptop and when i get to the installation screen the ssd does not show up, but it does show up in bios.

I have tried the disk part solution but it did not work for me.

also my laptop does not have an internal dvd rom drive and i am using an external one, would that cause a problem with installing windows? I get a message saying a required cd/dvd drive device is missing. if you have a driver floppy disk,cd,dvd, or usb please insert it now.

i also get a message saying no device drivers were found. make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers

Please help me guys. thanks
