Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OEM

$99.99
-$20 coupon code EMCKAHC56 (exp.10/3)
FREE shipping

This is kind of YMMV. I saw this in my Guerrilla Deals email, which said that it was $82.99 after coupon code. It didn't say how much the coupon took off, nor the original price. When I tried it, $79.99 was my final price. Still, $83 shipped is pretty hot. Usually it is $5 or $10 off, with an occasional $15 off. $20 (or $17) off is HOT!

VirtualLarry, this post is for you. :awe:

LOL. I've already got 7 family packs, but I suppose I could always use a few more. I generally don't buy OEM though, because they are non-transferrable licenses.

Not a good deal at all IMO. The family 3-pack was regularly available 6 mos ago and last year too for $99 or less shipped. Wait for that to come around again.

You are violating the terms of the EULA for the Family Pack, by fresh installing it and then selling it separately.

This is meant for system builders. AKA, if you build a system to sell to someone, it needs an operating system. Family Pack are upgrades (system still needs a previous COA) and are for up to three computers in the same household.

Of course I guess you guys aren't actually PIRATING the software, so it's a start.

It may not matter much to some guy building an occasional system out of his garage, but if you run a legit business you should be using this on your new builds.

Then again, you guys may not know what business license, fictitious business name or tax ID number are. :hmm:
