From what speeds previous? Are you sure its the OS? Could it be the drivers? Could it be anything else?

I'm just saying its kinda odd just to post that windows 7 supposedly made your internet connection faster.

What is your internet speed? What was your speed test before the upgrade? We need something for comparison?

I've found that speedtest can fluctuate drastically ~5-10MBps over the span of a few hours so their tests are hardly conclusive.

The Online Sped Test are only approximation of Reality.

The real McCoy is to measure te time that it taks to download about 50MB file from a fast Server.
