windows 7 download problems

I bought the upgrade for $29.99 and I'm trying to download it to my mac to burn it off for my pc to do a clean install. Problem is, it just downloads a document file that is only 356kb and I can't get it to download the iso so I can burn it.... any ideas?

Found my problem.... It runs a program that does the download. Should of just done it before I formatted the hard drive. Having to use a different computer to download it.
