How do I go about setting up a Windows 7 machine to auto login in a domain environment? I almost got it working, but the security warning ("this is a private system..." etc set by company) breaks the auto login sequence. You have to click ok, then the sequence goes through.

I also have it setup to run "vboxheadless" at user startup to run a VM, problem is, that keeps a console running. Is there a way to make it hide the console?

Lastly, is there a way I can set it up so that if the machine is rebooted/stopped, it will send an ACPI signal to the VM? The machines on this network constantly get force rebooted so I don't want the VM's OS to be hard shut down all the time as it will cause corruption and other issues. Anything I can do about that?
