Anyone with dual monitors or uses a normal pc monitor and another screen like a projector, etc why does Windows 7 always give people trouble when you want to go run Counter Strike Source? This is only if you keep both monitors enabled. As soon as you switch to a single monitor CSS works fine again on Windows 7. I don't get it. Whenever exiting CSS I get the stupid hl2.exe error every time too. That isn't really a big deal just annoying.

This dual monitor problem has never been a issue on Windows XP or Vista. Is there anyway to fix it or do we have to wait for Valve to fix it ? I don't think they officially support Windows 7 yet until it is released on Oct. 22.

Are you using a beta, RC or RTM copy of windows 7? I would think you have to wait until valve fixes it, as the OS isn't officially released yet. CSS works fine on my Windows 7 machine, although I only have one monitor.

Works fine for me.

I got the hl2.exe error in Vista, so it's not a 7 issue. It's a Valve is too busy updating TF2 and L4D to bother with CS:S issue.

Been running Win7 since the first beta on a dual monitor setup and have never had a problem with CSS or any other game.

Nope and know plenty of people who tried on the free 90 day trial version of Windows 7 on Microsoft's website as well who have the same exact problem.
