Windows 2K Installation

I am trying to install Windows 2K with SP4 slipstreamed on a computer that has the hard drive on a Promise Ultra 100 PCI IDE card. I know that you are to hit F6 upon the start of the Windows 2K setup screen to add a Raid/Controller card driver which it then asks for you to place the driver disk in the A: drive. However the computer does not have a floppy drive and I burned the drivers to a cd which the installation setup will not load the cd. My question is there a way to make the cd with the drivers work or can I add the promise ide drivers to the Windows 2K with SP4 cd to install upon setup automatically? I know WinXP has the drivers already on the cd and installation goes without a hitch but I would really like to run Win2K for the server. Thanks!
