Windows 2003 won't recognize my 250gb hard drive?

Hmm I now have windows 2003 server up and running succesfully, bar one problem - it won't
assign my secondary hard drive a drive letter. Here is a screen shot of disk management:

Can anybody help me with this?

Hmm, I never use Dynamic disks. If Google or microsoft.com doesn't help and no one answers, you might try changing the disk types to Basic instead.

Well that's kinda the problem, the "convert to basic" option is greyed out - and I don't want to do it the "other way" which is to mess with hexcodes etc. - the data on the drive is pretty important to me.
