Windows 2003 server Internet problem--FIXED!!

I just recently purchased windows 2003 server for home use with my network. I cant get it to connect to internet. i get "Page cannot be displayed". Tcp/ip services are installed and the router is properly configured and i have all Dns/ip/gateway configured properly but still cannot get it to connect or be browsed on over the network. Any help would be appreciated ***Network Load Balancer Service was the cause, removal fixed problem***
