Windows 2003 HELP

Ok I have windows 2003 server. I am trying to use it as a file,print, and web page server. I have 4 computer connected on Lan using windows xp pro. I cant seem to find or connect to windows 2003 shared folder and the printer doesnt show up either.
 
I got after messing with them for hours. I have to setup user accounts its not as easy as it was with windows xp pro but it works
