We are using windows 2000 (sp4 with latest updates) PC's on a 2000 domain. I have 5 computers that now if you try to print or open IE6 this error comes up and you can not print

The exception breakpoint
A breakpoint has been reached ( 0x80000003) occured in the application at location 0x115a8ce7.
click ok to terminate the program
click cancel to debug the program

if I terminate it keeps doing the same thing
If I debug it just hangs.

How to fix this issue?
has anyone seen this I have searched microsoft and google

Check here

You may want to reinstall your printer drivers.
Obviously you have a conflict within your system.
Try a repair install if everything else fails.

You may want to run one of those registry fixers like RegCure which is free to scan.

The developer left a breakpoint in his compiled code (bad!).

Get the developer to fix the application you're using.

uninstalled the printer and drivers from the computer then could print from admin account but not user account and users had the correct permissions
Uninstalled and reinstalled printer from the server then downloaded new drivers now users can print.
