Ok when windows "fixes" the files in scan disk type utility and converts them into files, how are you suppose to recover the data IN the file? I have this one folder that is about 30GB+ worth of video sh!t and it's corrupted. The scandisk utility was trying to "recover" the files and folders within the folder and decided to covert it to a file! So I said screw this and restarted the computer. So how am I suppose to recover the crap that goes IN that one file. Is there a way I can recover this folder with it's contents with only loosing a few files? Please help, these files are very important.
