Windows 2000 + Windows NT4, a problem

ok, so the company i work for has 10 win2k workstations and all our other workstations/servers (about 50 machines) are still NT4. I've been running it on my workstation for a while with no problems, but now I'm setting up our sales staff with these new win2k machines, and trying to get the right groups assigned to them. The problem is:

When I'm copying thier old NT4 profile onto the new computer's profile and trying to assign rights with the "permitted to use" option, I cannot figure out how to get our domain to show up in the "look in" drop down box, so that i can pick the user's pre-set rights. These have already been set up by our network admin, who isnt very familiar with windows 2000, but knows NT4 very well. I can't find any information about this in particular. Any tips or bumps in the right direction would be VERY APPRECIATED. Thanks.

Are they actually joined to the domain? If they're joined, the domain will show up as an option.
