Windows 2000 Versions - help

unhuman

Senior member
I've found the registry keys that store the Windows Version - I want to downgrade my ServerNT to WinNT.... But... Of course, you can't do that. Anyone know how?

The descriptions for registry monitoring for NT are on the web, but they do not work out for Windows 2000.

Any Ideas?

Thanks - H

Why do you want to do that? As I understand it the core OS is the same, the difference is in the services that are available. So just disable the services you don't need, and you should be fine. Or am I missing something?
