So i was going through my list of users and i saw a user i believe i didn't need - so i deleted it. Turns out that it was actually my default profile (doh! i was under the assumption i was always logged on as Administrator)... Anyways, i deleted a user named "RJ1" and now when i restarted and logged into administrator - obviously all my stuff is gone (well it's still on the hard drive - but i'm now under a different user).. I tried re-creating my RJ1 account to see if it would restore all my files and stuff in their original position, but no luck.

I'm in need of help- what can i do?!

Create a new user and copy everything from c:\documents and settings\rj1 into the folder with your new user's name...
