Can you perform a clean install, dual boot and sole operating system, with the upgrade version of Win 2000, or do you need the full version?

I have a regeisterd copy of 98SE. Does the upgrade work like Win 98 upgrade does, where 98 asks you to insert your 95 disk at some point if it is not installed?

the upgrade version is the same as the full version except that it asks you to stick in a cd from win 95, 98, or NT. so the answer to your question would be yes to everything.
