Windows 2000 Server: User accounts/logon scripts

Hi.
Im a network administrator for my school and we are running a win2k server. Right now, I have all users logging into one profile folder, because of HD space, and i need to know where i can find the login script, or place a file that is the desktop when the user logs in. Thanks to anyone that helps!
If you dont understand what im saying just say and i will re-explain it a little better.
