Windows 2000 Server problem

I generally only work with Linux based servers, however a buddy of mine is having some problems with his Windows 2000 server and wanted me to help out.

Basicaly, it's a Web server which is hosting about 300 domains. The server is going down 2-3 times daily (IIS needs to be restarted in most cases).

I have been monitoring the processes and it always seems that the aspnet_wp.exe process is running high. Could this mean accounts on the server are using up too many resources, or possibly have bad ASP coding? Is there any way that I can track down what account(s) may be causing the problem on the server?

Thanks!
