**WINDOWS 2000 SERVER** PERFORMANCE HELP

Just installed Windows 2000 Server /w Service Pack 3..

My Windows 2000 experience is very limited.. so I'm seeking some tutorials on tweaking my system, and getting the most out of it.
Are there any web links or other "good" sources that will teach me the ropes??

I'd also love some information on configuring all the aspects of the server side of Windows 2000.. mainly Active Directory, and Domain administration..

Any good links and tutorials on that as well??

Like Thor said. You can't beat Microsoft TechNet for information on Windows. The amount of information on there is mind boggling.
