Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2003 Standard Server

What do you guys think? Are there advantages to using 2k3 server?
Edit: Mostly using Dell GX270 and GX280s.

The q should be reversed. What does a w2k server has that 2k3 isn't better at? Other than a smaller hardware requirement profile, I can't think of any benefit.

I forget, i was looking at it earlier on Microsoft website. they have a list comparing all the server 2003 SP1 witth server 2003 R2.

R2 has a better DFS engine (awesome I might add), the ability to deploy printers through group policy, and some bugfixes. Between 2000 and 2003, I'd go with 2003 hands down, no question. The memory usage is a lot better, you don't have to install terminal services for remote administration, and a lot more. Besides, the icons are nicer in 2003 😀

We just upgraded all of our servers to 2k3 standard from 2k. Not a single complaint
