Windows 2000 Server and serving Apps!

Want to server up apps to my desktops on my netowrk (at home)
just for testing....I have a box all setup with Windows 2000 Server on it all patched and ready to go, was going to turn my Terminal Services over to application mode, but not sure what needs to be done to serve up a shortcut to my desktops for say...Officw-XP programs...

Clients will need to start TS sessions to the server. They then have a new window, with a new desktop--on the TS. The clients can then run whatever apps are installed on the server, to their ID.
