Windows 2000 screen print

At work, I'm using a program that displays data on screen in two different windows (one is a little pop-up window). Since it's a POS, there's no option to print it.

Is there a quick key combination to get what's on the screen to print directly to a networked printer?

I'm using Windows 2000. Since it's at work, I can't install any 3rd party software.
