I was looking at the task manager, in the processes tab, and it seems that there is a process called svchost that shows up four times! Now, I wouldn't ordinarily mind that too much, but together, those four processes take up over 20mb of RAM! Does anyone know how if some of these are unnecessary, and how I can keep them from starting up automatically? Its kind of annoying to have to turn them off manually, and then not be totally sure what you just turned off....

P.S. Whenever I right click, and move the mouse past the "Send To" option to something below it, the computer pauses a little. Any way to speed that up?

Hummm, I just checked the processes I have running and I have two svchost.exe's taking up about 15mb of my memory. Anyone know what's up here?

i think someone on the forum mentioned svchost is a host for other services, not that i understand exactly wat that means. i dont think u cant get rid of it.

LordFortius: if u installed tweakui, u can change the speed at which the menu appears and if that doesnt help, i guess u can always delete the stuff u dont need from the "send to" folder.
