Windows 2000: Process1_initialization _failed

I tried re-installing the AMD IDE drivers on an install of win2k with a TYAN Tiger MPX mobo. On the reboot, windows wouldn't boot and threw up a blue screen with this message. Now I can't even get it into safe mode. any ideas??????

Never mind, I misread your problem. I havent used my board with IDE so I have no idea. I use SCSI only.
