Windows 2000 help

This is what I have:
3 hard drives
Seagate 9 gig scsi
Maxtor 60 gig 5400 rpm Primary Master
Maxtor 60 gig 7200 rpm Secondary Master

I'm running Windows 2000 on a Fat32 File system and my 60 gig 5400 is fat 32 also. These drives are both seen by windows 2000 and are fine in use.

My problem is I can't seem to get Windows 2000 to see my 7200 rpm 60 gigger.
I tried Partition Magic and it says that I have a bad partition table.
I tried to FDISK it and it fdisks it fine and when I boot it sees all 3 hard drives etc..
But when I get to Windows, it does not see the other hard drive.

I can't seem to figure out what is wrong here.

Did you just install W2k? Or was it already installed and you just added the 2nd HD?

Could try to put the 2nd Hard Drive that is not being seen on the other IDE port and see if that makes a difference?

I had the same problem. Had to stick both my drives (20 GB 5400 & 40 GB 7200) on the same (primary) IDE channel.
I would prefer seperate channels, but hey "you can't always get what you want" - Rolling Stones.

You know...formating it on another computer and then installing it sounds strange, but it can work some times. I have done it myself.

Well good luck!
