Windows 2000 Explorer question

Just migrated to Windows 2000 yesterday.

In Windows Explorer, I want to view details from all folders. I know how to go to VIEW and change the folder to DETAIL, but I don't know how to change all of them at once. Also, on the right side of the screen, how do I also take away the descriptive, and get a Classic Details only? Hey, I'm an old DOS person and I need to see the details!

right click where it says name and you will have options for how you want your details...

you can make them all look the same by going to tools -> folder options -> view -> like current folder...
