What does this error mean and how do i fix it?

The computer in which this error comes is an HP 7840 with 766 Celeron, and 64 megs of ram. You can find the computers full specs at HP.com

Are you running any Anti-Virus Software?

If you are, try disabling it and see if the problem goes away.

Boot into Safe-Mode and disable the Service would be the ideal way of testing it.

NTKernal dumps are almost always software related.

Have you updated to Service Pak 3 yet?

Also, if you haven't done so already, update the video drivers, DirectX, audio drivers.

i think this is a documented problem that can be found in Microsoft's Knowledge Database. check it out and good luck.
