Windows 2000 "Cheaters"???

I noticed in my root directory of my C:\ Drive there's a little text file called "Cheaters". When I double click it and open it, it just says "Windows Reenabled". Anyone else notice this file? Is this a Win2k file or from some other program?

It's from something else.. I'm running WinXP and I have it as well, I beleive it's from the latest Half-Life patch or counter-strike update. Can anyone confirm this?

It's definitely from the CS or HL update.

Was reading about it the other day.

Basically, it's just a log of every time you start the game.

I think they called it "Cheaters" to make it look like they were doing something to combat the rampant cheats.
