Windows 2000 Backup Software?

Been looking around for decent backup software for Windows 2000, but it's been tough. Most only support back to XP.

I need software that will do the following:

1. Do a full hard drive backup, so i can recover if the hard drive fails.

2. Can backup to a network location (for example a NAS)

Any ideas?

EaseUS has several versions of disk cloning and backup software that support Windows 2000.

If all you need to do is clone a drive, the simplest of them is EaseUS Todo Backup Free, which, as the name states, is free to home users. I've used it successfully many times.

Of course, you'll pay for advanced versions with more features, but that's to be expected. Check out the other versions to see if any of them meets your requirements.

Hope that helps. 🙂

^^^^ Excellent recommendation, I use Paragon with win 7 and it is compatible with 2000 & will backup to network (but have never tired it with that OS) http://www.paragon-software.com/home/br-free/
Note if you try it there is an optional component needed to work with 2000; you will see this during the install.
