Windows 10 Wont Boot Issue

What application do you recommend to use when Windows 10 encounters a booting issue and the Windows 10 installation disc can't fix the problem.
 
The windows 10 disc as in perform a clean install if you cannot access safe mode or the repair console. If you can access the repair console use system restore otherwise clean install it no key needed if its a legitimate activated installatoin.

What kind of boot issue? Was there an error code given or is it just a black screen after the BIOS initializes?

Should probably have it moved over to this sub-forum. Anyway, Easy Recovery Essentials will fix it for a fee. $20 (make sure to select the Win10 version), burn it to a CD, select automated repair, select your C: drive, and let it do its thing:

I ran into the same problem on a Win7 machine...couldn't fix via startup repair or via the OS disc or any other tricks I tried. Wish I didn't have to pay to get it fixed, but it did the job & got the computer back up & running in pretty short order, so I'm happy.

Yeah, that's the best way to do it.

Although the fix depends on the situation. I do a lot of work for DCC people (engineers, artists, etc.) & to do a full re-install of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) plus all of their CGI stuff, get everything licensed, activated, registered, and patched, and so on, can take half a day to full day depending on if you're installing from files, downloading the installers from online, or digitized on a USB drive, how fast their connection is, etc. And most people are not organized at all, have no idea where their licenses or install media is & have no idea what they even have on their hard drive, so it gets...fun. lol.
 
I've noticed that some big businesses use a data server to protect sensitive information from local issues such as a pc crash making getting back online as simple as just bringing a new pc and logging into your account which will bring everything back without having to reinstall software.
