Windows 10 wi-fi issues

Hello,

Is anyone having problems with wi-fi connectivity in Windows 10? I just switched over from Win 7, and it seems that I am losing the ability to connect after waking the computer from sleep mode. I have dsl with a wireless router. Twice now, I have been connected when I shut down to sleep mode. The next morning, when I wake up the computer, I have lost wi-fi, and actually, no networks even show up. (Normally multiple networks show as available, mostly from my neighbors, etc.). I have to restart, and then the networks show up, and the computer connects to my wi-fi automatically as it is supposed to.

Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions as to how to solve it? I like Win 10, but if this persists, I am considering reverting to Win 7, as I was very happy with that as well.

I don't have any wifi issues on my laptop with 10 on it.

It's most likely a driver issue. What wireless card do you have? And are you sure you have the correct windows 10 driver?

It is a dell XPS desktop with built in wi-fi.

I would check for new wireless driver,if it's Intel wireless then check at their site, btw I've done a upgrade from 8.1 to 10 and my wireless was fine (Intel wireless),my brother has HP laptop and did a Win7 to Win10 upgrade and his wireless was fine too.

I put my laptop to sleep a couple of times and it has connectivity when I woke it up. I've seen several people complaining about having waking issues with 10. As has already been said find the latest driver for your wifi card and see if that fixes the problem for you.
