Occasionally Windows 10 will not completely shutdown but instead do a slow restart. How do I fix this issue?

I've disable the power management settings for the mouse and keyboard. I'm not sure what else to do. Is there something in the BIOS to fix the sleep states? What else?

My desktop 10 install is also slow to shutdown but it doesn't restart itself. Have you checked to see if any of your system files have corrupted?

maybe it's ending in system failure. try unchecking failure/restart.

This, if it restarts, then it is doing a BSOD, but it is set to reboot on BSOD. Uncheck it as shown, and you will see what the BSOD is.
You can also check the event viewer for the info.

This is what I did.

I couldn't disable the fast start-up since that option wasn't available.

Well, I'll see if this fixes the problem.

Thanks.
