Windows 10 shipment

I have two computers running Windows 8.1. I had several reminders from Microsoft that I should indicate if I wished to receive the Windows 10 upgrade when it became available. I said yes and know that worked since I received a couple of notices I would receive it in due course since they were staggering the shipment (?). Microsoft initiated the exchange, I responded and they acknowledged I was in the queue. Not even sure I want to install it, but I have never heard again from Microsoft.

Have any of you received the Windows 10 upgrade for Windows 8.1?

Yep on July 29, 2015 when it was released. Just use the MS media creation tool and install it yourself around WU.

I will upgrade the laptop since it is easy to do a restore to Windows 8.1 on it if I decide I don't really want Windows 10
