I can't figure this out.. I've run memtest, memory diagnostic for over 4 hours each time and its not a fault RAM issue from what I can tell yet I keep getting bsod's caused by ntoskrnl.exe+16c560

1 was KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
3 were MEMORY MANAGEMENT
1 was PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA

Any ideas?

GPU has been upgraded and changed recently from GTX 660 to a GTX 1070 and same problem in both.

I'm a bit hesitant to say power supply since it'll just do a random reboot if its faulty vs giving a bsod?

It depends what is bad about the power supply. Do you have the latest NVidia drivers installed?

You could try running a Reset in Windows 10.

Are the memory sticks individual or are they part of a kit? (matched)

4 hours is hardly enough time IMO.
Use memtest86+ overnight.

If no errors then, I would use prime95 & OCCT for 3 hours to test CPU stability.
If all is fine then, I would look at the storage device.
If still going on, then I would do a clean install of the OS.

Ok I've done a few more tests over the weekend.

16 hours memtest86+ clean.

I took out 1 stick of RAM and it booted just fine with the other stick and ran games fine. Then I did it with the other stick and same result.

Then I put it back in. Later when PC was idling, another BSOD KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED. Then this morning yet another with PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGE AREA.

I really think its something else but I don't know what..

The only thing I haven't eliminated yet is the Power Supply. Could it be giving irregular voltages fluctuations at idle and that's causing bsod's? Since it does not happen when I have games loaded usually.

Error looks like memory. Is the memory listed on the MB QVL list. Any OC?

Yes its on QVL. And I have a CPU overclock but memory is at stock.

Ok I think I found the problem.

I ran verifier and it gave me problems with driver named LGBTBS64.sys and its related to some software for my LG TV.

I run a dual boot and I don't crash in Windows 7 so I'm thinking it was the driver. On further research:

Common Lgbtbs64.sys Error Messages
The majority of lgbtbs64.sys errors that you encounter will be "blue screen of death" errors (also know as a "BSOD" or "STOP error") that occur in Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10:

    • "A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. The problem seems to be caused by the following file: Lgbtbs64.sys."
    • ":( Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some info, and then we’ll restart for you. If you would like to know more, you can search online later for this error: lgbtbs64.sys."
    • "STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_EQUAL – lgbtbs64.sys"
    • "STOP 0x0000001E: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED – lgbtbs64.sys"
    • "STOP 0×00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA – lgbtbs64.sys"
