I have a couple.

Task Manager shows the CPU at 100%, but in the details tab, only System Idle is at 99%. Plus, I don't feel any heat at the back of the PC that I know when the CPU is really working. This is apparently common with ASRock motherboards.

On the first (admin) account, can't use the calculator app for some reason. Right clicking only shows "Pin to Start". I couldn't even open it when I searched for the .exe file. I noticed the start menu and search are occasionally laggy. On another (non-admin) account, there are none of these problems.
