Windows 10 on laptop and on pc

Hi, I wasn't sure where to post this question so here goes. I have a Toshiba laptop that came with Windows 10 and from the factory I had the option to tag more than one thing on my laptop's desktop for processing. I like to download everything to my desktop so I can find it.Once I'm done with whatever it might be, usually pictures, I like to tag all of them and delete them all at once.But, after building a desktop and installing Windows 10 on it, the availability of that option is not there and I'm not sure how to turn it on or add it after the fact. As far as I know, they are both Home versions. Can anybody give me any help. I tried to find something on youtube but couldn't find anything.

Thanks Boomerang, I looked all over for a setting but never thought of looking in folder options. That sure makes it easier. I'm forever in your debt. Just don't ask me for money.
