Windows 10 keeps pasting same text - (Resolved)

Hi for some reason when i try to copy and paste text Windows 10 keeps pasting these words

C:\Users\Tony\AppData\Local\Temp\PRODUCT_NAME_UNKNOWN_CrashDumpPRODUCT_VERSION_MAJOR_UNKNOWN-PRODUCT_VERSION_MINOR_UNKNOWN-2018-11-01--03-49-37_.dmp

Any ideas on how to stop this?

i have tried the clear clipboard with the echo shortcut but it doesnt work.
