I just got a new ASUS Laptop and it has windows 10 on it. This is my 1st time using Windows 10. I was looking at some YouTube videos of how to set somethingsomething up. I ran into 2 issues.

1st. I have a SSD drive as well as a normal hard drive. So I was configing my folders so that certain things would save to the appropriate hard drive. I learned that if I open up a fold explorer and right click anything on the fair left side on the quick access, it causes the file explorer to automatically close. I have to right click in the main section to get it to work. Is this a common issue?? Any way to fix this and can somebody explain why this happens?

2nd issue is it was trying to create a system restore point. When I click the program button in the far left corner and type system restore point, it doesn't show anything??

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

To create a restore point...
Right click the start button/menu, select system.
Now select 'system protection'.
In the system properties window that appeared, click 'create' button.

As for your other question, not sure what you mean. Got a pic of what you are talking about?
You can hit windows key+'e' to open up a file manager window.
