Question Windows 10 audio/mouse issues

Hey all, after the Windows update to 2004 I'm having some very annoying issues. My mouse cursor will intermittently freeze and at the same time my audio will glitch if I have any music playing. This seems to happen every second or so. It sounds like a very fast skipping noise. I don't know if I should just roll back and postpone this update. Do you have any other ideas? Reliability monitor shows no issues. Malware bytes finds nothing. Anti-virus scans with AVG show nothing either.
