Windows 10 64, GTX 670, Power Management Mode, 144Hz monitor, drivers 361.75

I've chosen to use "Prefer Maximum Performance," and when I exit games the clocks rarely reduce to their lowest speed, 320 GPU & Memory. I've let my machine idle for close to 5 minutes with nothing on the desktop screen that would need a high clocks and it never reduces speed. It's been this way for the past 3 driver updates.

Any idea why this keeps happening?

Yeah. I'm going to keep an eye on it because it just clocked down to idle clocks but it hasn't been lately.

Try the previous hotfix driver with a clock fix:

Thanks. It seems to be reducing to idle clocks more consistently. Every once i a while it will stick but it seems to be getting better. Thanks for the suggestion!
