I just got two AOC 27in monitors have them plugged into my dock one using dvi-d and the vga being that is what the dock has. My main screen has this issue where the back ground desktop fills the screen just right and my task bar is where is should be on the bottom but there is a line you cant see a little more then half way down that no desk top icons can be placed below and say I open up IE the IE window cant be stretched to fill the low part of the screen it stops at that line you cant see.
I have loaded the monitor driver, seems to have all the correct setting and they match between the two but still have the issue with my main monitor.
oh and if I set the monitor on my right as the main display the problem fallows, it stays with the monitor set as the main.

reinstalling the Intel vid drivers resolved my issue WOOT.
