Window protection error!

Anyone know why I keep getting this error "Window Protect Error"(bsod) after a fresh installation of window me? This happens everytime after the window logo.

Computer Specs:
1.4ghz #1.53ghz 140 fsb
256 PC2100 DDR RAM
Gigabyte GA-7DXR+
2x IBM 60 GXP HD

Are you doing the install overclocked? If so reduce your fsb to 133 and install. Then move your speed back up again. The only time I encountered that error has been the result of an overclock attempt that was just to high.
