Oddly enough, I've only seen it when overclocking! Go figure.... I wonder if you are overclocking.. let me get my magic 8 ball. Booya! You are. Clock that sucker down and see what happens. Mess with memory speeds too.

Tell me about your system. I have just got the bugs worked out of mine. Maybe I can share some troubleshooting tips with ya. I have an Athlon 800, Abit KA7 mobo, (2) 128mb sticks of PC133 ECC Crucial SDRAM, Maxtor Diamond Max 30gb hd. etc, etc, etc... Mine was RAM location, I/O Voltage and Core Voltage setting issues.

Update: move the RAM to other slots. Check the I/O Voltage settings. I had to up mine one notch in the Soft Menu settings. Also make sure your core voltage is correct. If your not using a monitoring software, try one. the mobo usually comes with Hardware Monitor. SiSoft Sandra will do this also.

Nore,
I take it you have problems with SB Live? I have one and ever since I installed the new LiveWare 3.0 for WinME I have had zero problems.

Nah I dont have any problems, it's just that ive noticed that when you have a higly overclocked CPU and it's not cooled well it seems to give WPE.
