Strange thing I just noticed. Insert a CD - R with several file folders properly labelled with titles of CD's, and each folder containing properly labeled track titles. Initially WMP identifies the tracks with their appropriate titles, then each title diappears and replaced with "audio track 1" Audio track 2"etc. If I am quick and start a track playing before the change, the title is properly displayed with Album Title as well, but as soon as everything switches to "audio track", there is no way I can bring back the titles.
Anyone run into this before?

It would appear that according to Microsoft WMP 9 needs to be uninstalled and WMP 10 installed. I guess XP Service pack 2 struck again!

Apparently WMP attempts to read ID tag info from .mp3 discs.......no info, defaults to "audio track". No way to turn that feature off.......not a brilliant move by MS>
