I plan on getting an Enlight 7237 or similiar pretty soon. Of course I'll have an 80 both in front and back. At some point I want to mod the side panel with a window and one or two fans. I need suggestions on:
1)brand/model of 80mm fans to use on the front and back
2)#/size/brand/model of fan(s) to use on the side panel
3)what type of window I should use to accomodate the fan(s) on the side panel.

Like most everyone else noise vs. performance (no "screamers") will be an issue so factor that into the suggestions. If necessary I'll put the fans in the window panel, as opposed to shifting it over enough to allow the fans to mount on the case panel, if there's enough space to do that. My setup will be a 1.2 266 oc'd to 1.3/1.4 with a Vantec 6035, one hard drive, one dvd drive, sound card, modem, GF2 Pro, tv tuner. Thanks.

1) Replacement fans... I'd recommend Panaflo H1A 80MM fans. Good balance between noise and airflow -> 40CFM/32DBA. Can be had @ PCMods

2-3) Window kit... I just came across one on Frozen CPU that you can order with fan holes already installed. You have a choice between 2 92MM or 1 120MM fan. Can also get window kits @ PCMods.

Again I would recommend Panaflo fans. You can get the 92MM L1A which moves 43CFM/27DBA... or a 120MM Panaflo L1A 69CFM/30DBA. These can be bought @ PCMods as well.

Panaflo makes one of the most quiet fans on the market. Some people say Papst makes quiet fans, of course they do... they don't push much air. A comparable Panaflo @ the same rating as a Papst will push more air at the same DBA.

One other thing to consider... given the number of fans in your case... which will be quiet. If noise is an issue you can buy a rheobus and wire the fans to it so if you want things really quiet... you can use the dials to turn them down. But when you're fragging, you can crank it up.
